Terms and Conditions

Tickets are sold for the event by the cultural and environmental organization known as Mystic Sound Gathering Team (the Promoter), subject to the terms and conditions below and the rules and regulations of Mystic Sound Gathering (the Event), as displayed at the venue (the Site). No entrance under 18 is allowed.

These terms and conditions contain important information. Please read them carefully. The use of this ticket and entry onto the Site constitutes acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions and implies an undertaking to observe them. In the event of any breach, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets, refuse admission, remove the holder, or confiscate offending articles, and to retain any monies paid for the relevant ticket.

• Tickets are strictly personal. Tickets cannot be transferred, re-sold, refunded, or re-issued. If a ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit, non-profit, or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter, it will become void.
• No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions, or hospitality packages without prior written consent of the Promoter.
• Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter’s right to alter or vary the performances and/or the Event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
• Official wristbands must be worn at all times. Failure to wear a wristband will result in removal from the Site.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission. Persons entering the Site may be searched to ensure the safety of all attendees.
• Admission to the Site is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Promoter and Landowner shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property while attending the Event.
• You acknowledge that the Event takes place in a natural environment that may contain obstacles, risks, and dangers, both known and unknown. By attending, you accept these risks and waive any claims against the Promoter.
• No alcoholic drinks are allowed. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited. Any alcohol or glass items found will be confiscated.
• A total fire ban is in operation for the entire duration of the Event. No naked flames, campfires, candles, or gas stoves are allowed.
• Drones of any kind are strictly prohibited. Anyone found operating a drone will have it confiscated immediately.
• No illegal substances may be brought onto the Site. Please respect your health and personal limits.
• Photographic, video, or audio reproduction of Mystic Sound Gathering for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Dogs are permitted but will not be allowed near the music stage areas.

Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil or political unrest, governmental actions, strikes, catastrophes, epidemics, or other severe or unforeseen events, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Event. In such cases, amounts received will not be refunded.

Mystic Sound Gathering is a space of freedom without prejudice. Grounded in music, peace, art, environment, culture, and love.
