The gathering is caravan friendly. We provide spacious area and parking zones adjacent to the camping areas to ensure a smooth journey for all travelers.
Parking Guidelines
The Car Park
- The Gathering Crew will guide you to maintain safety; please respect their instructions.
- Exercise extreme caution regarding fire risks at all times.
- Do not pitch tents in the car park and avoid parking in dedicated camping zones.
- Avoid parking on roads or in forbidden areas; vehicles obstructing access will be removed.
- Lock your vehicle and maintain awareness of your belongings and your neighbors.
Vehicle Movement: You may move your car during the festival, but once you enter the area, you are restricted to driving within the parking zone only.
Caravan Living
The Caravan Park
- Be mindful of your footprint; do not occupy more space than you strictly need.
- Sound systems are not permitted within the caravan zones to preserve the peace.
- External shade structures must be small and communal.
- Caravans found outside designated areas will be removed immediately.
- Collect all wastewater in containers: do not dispose of it on the ground or in local streams.
Community Spirit: The caravan park is a collective. Say hello and share a cup of tea with your neighbors to foster a safe environment.
Zero Tolerance ON FIRES!
Fires are strictly forbidden at the Gathering. We operate a zero tolerance policy on this to protect the surrounding landscape and the safety of our community.
