Where the Mountain Meets the Sea
Mystic Sound Gathering takes place on Samothraki Island. Above us, the massive peaks of Mount Saos rise directly from the sea, creating a powerful backdrop for the dance floor. To dance here is to move at the feet of the highest mountain in the Aegean, felt in every vibration of the music.
Our camp is set within a forest of ancient plane trees right on the sea front. This dense woodland provides a natural sanctuary of shade and cool air, tucked away near the island's many iconic waterfalls that flow from the granite heights. Between the weight of the mountain and the rhythm of the waves, we find a space where the energy of the island is at its most raw and visible.
